Montecristo Double Edmundo Cigar - Box of 25

The ring gauge of the Montecristo Double Edmundo seems off. Normally the cigars should fit tightly in the box but there is a big gap in this box which allows the cigars to roll around. Also, color of the cigars wrapper is obviously lighter and uneven than usual. All this indicating that the box is either not well kept and/or something is wrong with it. I hope this is just a one off incident as I would like to avoid the hassle of refunds or exchanges and still purchase with a peace of mind.
